The lady who runs the hostel is really friendly and helpful, we had an early check out on our last day to get the 7am train to Bangkok, she organised a tuktuk for us and also made us a breakfast to take with us for our journey, it was very sweet of her to do that! We had a private room, the aircon worked well in the room and we got 2 bottles of water every day. The room was very clean. There is a washing machine you can use for 40 baht, (20 to use and 20 for washing detergent) and you can hang your clothes outside on floor 4. Breakfast was superb, we had scrambled eggs and 2 sausages, with toast, then also you can have a salad and fresh fruit. It was perfect. The location was great and there was a SUPERB restaurant in the street behind the hotel called "Ban Lung Chuan" (its on Google and tripnadvisor) very reasonably priced, good delicious food and only a 5 min walk from Latima).

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We had a private room which was super comfortable and clean. Good location close to the bridge over the river Kwai with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent: you can choose between a couple of options (egg sandwich, scrambled eggs etc) and always get fruit, toast, juice and coffee with it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And it’s nice there’s a (quite cold) swimming pool (with salt water). Moreover, they have a big garage where we could park our rented motorcycle. We would definitely come back here! Overall we felt this was more like a hotel than a hostel, so great price quality ratio. (FYI: upon booking we saw quite some negative reviews from previous years, but we feel they really took that feedback to heart as everything was great now).

The owner and staff are amazing and will help you work out how to get anywhere you want to go and find a driver for you to do that. I can’t say enough good things. The breakfast is either western breakfast or Thai breakfast (highly recommmended) of rice soup with meatballs and is wonderfully flavorful. I’m currently trying to make it at home. The beds are new and very comfortable- I stayed in the hostel style room and it’s the nicest hostel style I stayed in. There is also a large roof space where I was able to meditate and do yoga in the mornings.

Silly me booked the wrong dates and arrived a day earlier. I needed to book an extra day and the reception was kind enough to give me a special price to accomodate 6 of us. thank God there was available room. They also arranged the Songteaw for all our travels to the places of interest. Everything was clean and bed was so comfy. I will be back again.

We loved staying at the Latima boutique. Both the family room and shared dormitory were fun for our family of 4. The property is located on a main room and an easy walk to the war museum and bridge. The beds are very comfortable and there is information at the front desk about buses and tours. The pool was very clean and great to cool off.
